A safe place for women & mothers to feel heard, supported & to grow.
Just as you are.
About Us
There is space for you here.
Qualia Life is a counselling and coaching practice devoted to women and mothers.
Women move through constant transitions — matrescence, identity shifts, career change, postnatal seasons, relationship changes, late diagnoses, loss, growth. We are often the ones holding everyone else — while quietly carrying our own questions, doubts, and exhaustion.
Qualia Life exists to create a space where women can speak honestly about what’s really going on — with your experiences understood in the context of womanhood and motherhood, not separated from it.
Through evidence-based counselling and coaching grounded in safety, acceptance and connection, you are supported to explore your experience — not as a problem to fix, but as a woman navigating a complex, meaningful life.
You are welcome here, exactly as you are.
Our Values
At Qualia Life, our work is deeply rooted in our core values, which guide everything we do. These values shape the way we work and the relationships we build with each woman.
How We Can Help
-

Women's Counselling
At Qualia Life, we believe that when a woman feels supported and seen, she has the strength to thrive.
Whether you’re facing a major life transition, navigating relationship challenges, or simply feeling disconnected from your true self, we’re here to support you.
-

Mothers
We believe that when a mother is supported and thriving, a family thrives.
Whether you're seeking post-natal support, experiencing a transition, hoping to rediscover your identity beyond motherhood, or simply need a safe space to share your thoughts, we’re here for you.
-

Growth Coaching
Whether you’re at a crossroads professionally or personally, experiencing a sense of restlessness, or simply ready for change, our coaching sessions provide a supportive, guided space to help you work through what’s next and take inspired action towards a more fulfilled life.
“The truest, most beautiful life never promises to be an easy one. We have to let go of the life we planned, so as to accept the one that is waiting for us.”
- Glennon Doyle
